What are the best foods to strenghten issues in the colonic tight junctions?
So far, I have the following list:
- zinc carnosine
- psyllium seed/husk
- l glutamine (although i think this is for the small intestine and not the colon)
- bone broth (I didn't handle this well, maybe I took too much, or maybe because I'm vegetarian)
Any other ideas?
