Sounds familiar. A year after starting Entyvio, a colonoscopy showed my UC had improved from "moderately severe" to completely gone in my colon, but still some lingering proctitus. So Entyvio really worked, but not 100%.
Hydrocortisone suppositories help. Adding 6-MP helped (but had to discontinue). Low dose nortriptyline helped.
But I improved on Entyvio slowly for about 9 months; it took a long time for it to reach maximum effectiveness or for my colon to heal from years of active UC.
Note that your doc can order a blood test to check for Entyvio levels in your blood 8 weeks after an infusion. If there is still a therapeutic level, that argues against increasing frequency of infusions. But if the level looks low, that's a good indication that you need infusions more often. People process Entyvio differently.
