I feel for you. I don't know if this helps or not, but one time when I was doing really terrible and was very sick, I scheduled an appointment at a salon and got my hair done. Just that one thing pulled me out of it for a week, it made me feel normal. Try to do something for yourself once a week, watch a movie, go out for coffee (if you're up to it) with someone who knows the real you and who you don't need to look pulled together for. I think trying to have one normal thing you do once a week helps a lot, and having people who understand and can be with you also does wonders. I'm not saying it will fix it, but it did help me when I was miserable. Wish I could help more.
