I am writing because I have blood loose diarrhea for months am set for a scope on the 27 of next month (that is July 27th). Were any of you afriad you hadn’t colorectal cancer before you were diagnosed
With bloody bms it's perfectly reasonable to explore an UC diagnosis, get a colonoscopy and see what's going on. The odds are you do NOT have colorectal cancer (CRC). I'd only suspect CRC if you have a family history if it. An IBD/UC is a lot more common then CRC is.
My Rectum Burns: Severe inflammation hurts, and pooping can be painful. I've expected to see broken glass mixed with my poop in the toilet. As it just hurt that badly during my bowel movement.
I Sweat: Common, I often do during bowel movements.
Lower Abdomen Tenses Up: Yes we can strain, and feel pulling. You might be describing Tenesmus. "Tenesmus is characterized by a sensation of needing to pass stool, accompanied by pain, cramping, and straining. Despite straining, little stool is passed. Tenesmus is generally associated with inflammatory diseases of the bowel, which may be caused by either infectious or noninfectious conditions."
