Well, it has been a long long 9 months since surgery #1. Excited yet a bit nervous about
going into the operating room again. And the unknown of how my J pouch will work out. Excited about
not having to wake up at 3 am to change a leaking bag or being out in public and my bag starts leaking, no more loose clothes to hide my bag and finally having a bath without my own floatation device connected to my stomach lol.
I want to thank everyone here for the helpful advice in these last few months, it makes life so much easier when you can read other peoples experience the good and bad that way you don't feel so alone.
This time tomorrow my little pink guy will be back inside where it belongs. No more stoma
The operation is at 12 pm no more food or drinks as of 20 mins ago... I will not be a happy camper all morning without coffee and food but it will be well worth it.
