I used VSL3 for awhile but it was expensive and I really wasn’t seeing much improvement when taking it. The CVS Pearls...are they helping much?
I am in remission for now but have been reading how important it is to take the right probiotic to keep the bad bacteria from causing inflammation in the intestinal lining. Was trying to find out what determines a really good probiotic. Is it the highest number of good bacteria in a capsule or is it more one particular good bacteria in the ingredients? Not sure.
The CVS pearls work great for me.
