Interesing on the home infusion, glad it went well. Is that a one-time thing, or will you have them again?
We've had several posters have issue with the TB screening before starting a biologic. All were able to get onto them in time, following a similar protocol to yours.
Just know that the remicade dose can be increased and/or the infusion frequency decreased, if you have a waning effect. They start you at 5-mgs per kilogram every 8 weeks. They max it out at 10-mgs per kilogram every 4-weeks. I'm currently on 5-mgs per kilogram every 6-weeks, as an example. So, you can always ask your doctor about
that, should your symptoms come back again before the next infusion. There's a remicade/infliximab concentration and antibody test they can run, as well, to help with dosing: https://www.labcorp.com/test-menu/29496/infliximab-concentration-and-anti-infliximab-antibody
