That's what I was wondering as well. However dietary induced loose stool (or a least I think I diet related) at times seems to be my only remaining symptom now. So I was curious if I would help with this. Hence my personal interest in the article.

Second page, last paragraph it states - "The second study assesses the effect of cannabis smoking on ulcerative colitis, measuring inflammatory markers and endoscopic scoring, as well as clinical indices. We hope that these studies will enable us to better define the role, if any, of cannabis in the treatment of IBD."
I have not found either of these along with the original study, but was curious to read both.
