As a gardener, I do lots of yummy stirfrys with whatever is fresh from the garden: broccoli, snap-peas, peppers, onions, green beans, asparagus, tomatoes, and etc. I do love oven baked califlower and brussel sprouts. Getting colder now, and the garden's done, so doing more soups and stews with our root veggies: potatoes, carrots, parsnips, turnips, etc. Lots of different things are possible with veggies.
