It sounds to me like you are flaring. If you're not eating and you're still suffering symptoms, what else would it be? I think I would get stool tests, a calprotectin or a scope, and see what's going on. Fasting is great, but you can't do that forever, and it's really no way to live. Since I had surgery, I realize how much I was missing out on. All the delicious meals, and drinks... making excuses to avoid all the events and activities I enjoy. I wasn't living. Please don't sit back and accept a poor quality of life. There are other treatments beyond Entyvio, Xeljanz seems to be doing the trick for some of the members who were nearly out of options. it's a totally different mechanism, so it might work better for you. Don't give up.
