Sorry to hear you are still having some not fun symptoms. That has been my issue in the past, especially with fruits and veggies. I do okay as long as I limit cruciferous veggies, and taking plain psyllium husk fiber has helped a ton. I soak it in water until it thickens into a gel, and then add it to my morning smoothie. It’s really the only fiber supplement that didn’t give me bloating and discomfort- you might have to try a few before you find what works for you. Start small and increase if you do okay with it.
