Ask your doctor but if the fish is flash frozen like most states require then you shouldn’t have any problems.
If you’re on an immune surpressent then you stay away from raw shellfish like oysters, clams, etc... that’s where people get sick. The really bad bacteria infection sick.
Some studies have shown in the past that Fish oils & faty acids are good for UC. Cooking the fish will eliminate some of those oils so you’re better off eating them rare if that’s your goal.
