Hello all

I've been trying to get hold of a pdf of the Briggs Protocol for treating ulcerative colitis, but have not been able to obtain a copy anywhere.

The website where it used to be hosted (powerofpoop) has been down for at least a week and I can't find it anywhere else. Additionally I even tried emailing Professor Briggs himself, but alas, no response xD

Does anyone here know where I can obtain a copy/be willing to send me an electronic copy?

Thanks in advance

Has anyone considered that you never hear anything from this guy anymore because maybe he's dead from his protocol? He's not a medical doctor and his research background was not in pharmaceuticals or biology. There is absolutely no way of knowing what taking dozens of supplements and prescription medication will do to your body. Anyone can make themselves sound smart on the internet. Just remember that while they are typing up their brilliant new protocol they may also be in some bunker in the woods wearing a tinfoil hat.

I did the Briggs protocol started about 5 months ago at the time it was the worst I ever been, I follow the program but I don't do the gluten free diet, about 1 week on the program I improved to my surprise I couldn't believe how it worked. Just a precaution to you is when you start the bupropion there could be side effects mine were anger and I had the shakes but it only lasted a couple of weeks I also take lialda 4.8 gm every day and canasa supp about 3 times a week I'm not 100 percent but I could function like I used to do before I got ulceris colitis. The reason why I started the Briggs protocol was that the doctor wanted me to start entivo but my insurance didn't cover it and its super expensive. I think what really helped me was the bupropion once I started it I was improving and I must admit I was depressed before I started bupropion not no more. I'm not sure if it was the bupropion that made me feel better mentally or living my life without this horrible disease Good luck hope it works out for you

How do you get all those ingredients to mix for the enema? Are they in powder form?

Who knows what happen to Briggs, the way I look at it is my next step was entivo which I couldn't afford anyway and entivo has its share of side effects Buproipion has been around for about 30 years or so less side effects then entivo I rather be on the briggs protocol then being on steroids and biologics which can probably kill you in time either way its a no win situation I rather live ten more years the way I'm living now then 30 more years on the toilet bowl
