I am fairly active. I lift weights (squats, bench, lunges, step ups, fully body presses, curls) 3 to 5 times a week. Then I do cardio (basketball/swimming) 3 times a week. I find no limitations while working out in fact I don't even notice it when I am active but as soon as I am done it's back. It's worse when I am sitting at my computer, somewhat better standing and walking but not completely gone and I have found stretching somewhat helps but nothing has been a complete relief since I first started noticing it in September.
The other thing is after a nights sleep before I get up and go, while I am still lying in bed I don't feel it.
