Hmmm, maybe an apple a day, plus some spinach or watermelon or beets can help UC.
I'll pull out my Omega juicer and see what my gut says (it already says "don't eat much fiber."
At this point my symptoms are pretty low but cooked spinach was a big help getting my gut healed along with resistant starch (potatoes, rice noodles).
I found this too:
