I'm planning on traveling in May (from Canada to Hong Kong) and would like some advice on air travel.
I read some previous threads on traveling with enemas (most are about
the US) and it seems like both carry-on and checked baggage are okay, but one question still remains: will the cold affect the effectiveness of the enema?
The box does say to keep it at a controlled room temperature under 25°C. Has anyone have enemas explode?
Both Canada and HK say that medication are exempt from limits https://travel.gc.ca/travelling/health-safety/medication
, see Q83 https://www.cad.gov.hk/english/faq.html#lag
. Does anyone have experience in traveling to these two places?
bringing medication in general? Did you need some sort of doctor's note or is the prescript

I've been on 6-MP for half a month now and I haven't been seeing any (positive) changes with my UC. The only things I've noticed is hair loss (I run my hand through my hair and 10 strands fall out), and waking up in the middle of the night to pee. Does this mean it's slowly working (or does seeing side effects does not necessary mean the meds are working)?
So recently when I insert the enema I feel this resistance and it hurts like I'm rubbing against some scab or something, could that be internal hemorrhoids or some sort of injury? I saw a bit of pink on the toilet paper when this first started, but now it's gone. Also I had the same thing happen when I was on cortifoam for about
Also, my poop is in the shape of meatball sized balls, could that be due to low fiber?
I haven't had my period since November last year, could this be due to the use of Prednisone and then 6-MP or a combination of that and general poor health? Is there anything that I should/could do about
Currently on: Inflectra 5mg/kg/6 weeks, 6-MP 50mg, Pentasa enemas (1g/100ml), 2x iron 300mg, calcium 500mg + vit D 400IU
Still have mucus, but at least it's not bloody for once.
