Even if I no longer have a colon? I still have ibd?
Yes. It is not curative. You still have an IBD even without a colon.
You still have a few CMs of rectal cuff that could still get UC. It’s so small that it usually doesn’t effect most jpouchers but some people get cuffitis.
Others get pouchitis and some get crohns.
You shouldn’t take NSAIDs either. You should take blood thinners when necessary but the question becomes if they are necessary since you are walking and active.
