Having an infliximab minimum concentration of ≥3 μg/mL is often associated with a responder and potentially a remission. ≥5 μg/mL or greater is better. So you're doing fine.
No data for higher levels. Ancedotally, my doc said some of his patients do better with 7 μg/mL, others with 5 μg/mL, etc.
Took about a year for me to initially achieve a full remission.
My last infliximab level was 20 μg/mL, which is pretty crazy high.
