It's a single test that checks for both antibodies and checks your concentration of Stelara. The only caviet, at least for the remicade version of this test, is that if your levels of medicine are hard they skip the antibody part of that test. So, just taking your med and then getting the test might make that true. Not sure, but a possibility.
Usually, they say take the test at your minimum-levels (right before your next shot/infusion). Not always possible, as you need to know about antibodies ASAP rather then wait a number of more weeks.
Long way of saying, don't know, test might be fine or might be ruined based on timing. Wait and see the results and hope for the best! You can always take the test again, if needed.
