So im terrified for tomorrow i have my new 10mg dose of remicade... i dont want this joint pain anymore i feel mrisable

Call your GI's office in the morning, ask if you can get the blood tests done before getting the infusion, and ask if you can put off the infusion for a few days until you get the blood test results.

Yes i have she wanted me to try my infusion then we shall go from there, i have no clue what she means by that but i have a gi appointment in a few months everything is fine till week 3 im every 4 weeks for remicade, she did labs last week and they looked good from what she said so I suppose stay tuned

Ask for premedications of tylenol and an antihistamine (claritin or benadryl). If you're worried about joint pains and have a history of them as an infusion reaction then ask about IV solumedrol (a steroid) as a premed.

I think she is saying the joint pain does not occur until week 3, the week before she is due for another infusion, so I do not think pre-meds would help. How did your infusion go?
