Hi, hopefully I don’t jinx myself posting this, but I think I’m getting better. I’ve had formed stools for more than five days this week, and I have more energy after taking iron pills for the last 30 days or so. I even went for a hike two days in a row after not exercising for almost 6 months. So, I’m still having fear that I’m not gonna be able to finish school by April because I’m gonna get sick, I still have this like underlying anxiety that I’m not gonna get things done from day to day but I’m very grateful! I’m ready with all my tests to go on Biologics but I’m definitely going to wait until February to make a decision on this. (See if my calpro levels are stable). I’m making a point to go easy on myself, to walk outside every day, And i think a daily short meditation will help me to continue to feel better. My diet has changed, and that might have nothing to do with it but I’m gonna keep eating the way I am anyway just in case, and I’m taking Pentasa four times a day and still use the salafalk suppositories. I think I do have Crohn’s like my doctor said, and before July I was only taken using suppositories, maybe oral pentasa is all I needed for nowsmile.

All good signs, stay cautiously-optimistic.

That's great news Rosie....glad you are feeling better. Look how far you have come in the past few weeks even, judging by your posts...you will be throwing up that (cap) high on Graduation day!
