i eat reguarly some kind if protein....i have continously liquid stool (like water)and sometimes sometimes i have solid stools.
no pain...i am normal

Protein should have the opposite effect. You are flaring from what I remember of your recent posts.
Stop eating protein and see if it helps.

I eat protein every day - no liquid stool - although when I burp, I kinda sound like a mooing cow ;-)

ok maybe iam flaring but i did not have this kind of symtoms till now. now i dont have any pain, liquid thing like water reguarly coming from my anus. and each days i have 1 solid stool. i see blood also on toilet papper. any my CRP is approx 10 -12.
i dont understand...maybe this new symptoms of an active colitis...
but till now when i ihave active UC i had diarrhea and so on.

UC is not predictable and is not consistent. Yes, you could be flaring. I would contact your gasteroenteroligist and get some inflammation tests as a reasonable precaution: C-Reactive Protein blood test or Calprotectin stool test.
