How to reduce UC flare inflammation

Hi guys
I want to know if anyone has any suggestions in reducing the inflammation. Ive been suffering for four months into the worse flare and need every possible way to reduce the inflammation besides steroids as that option I am already aware of!

Mesalamine oral and rectal...first tier meds.

probiotics are well worth a try Florastor seems to be working well for me.

What UC medications are you on currently and what have you failed previously? For longer flares, they escalate us up the medication ladder to higher tiers of meds to things like biologics.

From your post history, I do not see any meds listed but you do talk about alternatives like CBD...
