I’ve found myself in a lot of situations lately where I am giving everywhere I can and a small, human part of me can get down inside when I think of how thankless being a helper can sometimes become. Not exactly proud of that, but it made me think that I want to make sure I am thanking those who also give themselves with nothing in return and when I found myself checking in to this message board today, I realized there are many faces (or screen names) that always here to offer their advice, knowledge, or general support to those of us who are often anxious, in pain, or just feeling alone. So, thank you for all you do and all of the invaluable support that you provide. The internet is a breeding ground for negativity but we can’t forget that we do still have each other behind the noise.

It's most informative and supportive subjectively/objectively.
