I am working from home. I had seen my oncologist for a routine check just as the COVID thing was beginning to land in CT, and he told me I should consider myself high risk. The last work thing I did "out there" was to visit a retiree in an assisted living home. By that evening, that was no longer permitted.
A lot of my work normally is to visit folks in nursing homes, assisted livings, and hospitals.
Now I am running Zoom meetings and "performances". The exhaustion from learning so much technology so quickly, and from feeling worried about all the folks I usually visit, who are now so isolated...! The good news is that I am falling into bed at night and sleeping, even if the weather precludes outdoor exercise.
My husband had a procedure in Feb that has had complications in the healing, but he is the one to go out for groceries. Being in a large house with no kids at home anymore, we can stock up and only need things from a store once a week. Each day that weather permits, we walk around the neighborhood and look at the spring flowers.
Andrina, I've always found probiotics to be helpful, but - wow! Your story sure sounds like solid proof! Keep taking them!
Flowers - thanks for your account of how careful the infusion staff was. Good to know! And all we can do is Hunker!
I keep thinking of 3 Time also. Hope they get it all figured out and help him asap.
