Hi guys
I have been taking VSL #3 and has not made a big difference. I have seen a lot of people recomment florastor has anyone experienced a significant difference on florastor?

TIA

You will get mixed views about this. Some people feel a probiotic helps, others will say no difference at all or they did not agree with them at all.

The only time I take a probiotic (Floraster) is when I take an antibiotic. It helps restore the good flora needed in the gut that an antibiotic can kill off.

I do feel probiotics help but I also never saw much difference when I was my sickest. That being said I think a variety of probiotics is good. I take 3 different oneS right now. I take florastor, a Reuteri one from nature’s way, and a schiff digestive advantage. I figure they can’t hurt. When I was really sick I went to the vitamin store and bought some that were kept refrigerated and advertised 50 million CFU.

I personally think Florastor helps me.

It is not known whether the current VSL#3 formula is the same as the original. I thought they discontinued it due to lawsuits.
