You're welcome! I'm not sure any specific one of those three supplements brought me closer to remission than another. I guess if I had to recommend only one of those supplements, it would be the Bluebonnet vitamin d3 from fish oil, since it is the most "natural" supplement, so it should be easily tolerated by almost everyone. However, I definitely noticed substantial benefit from the perque lifeguard and the boswellia, too.
The Vitamin D3 I was taking at a dose of 2000 IU before I noticed a significant difference. The perque lifeguard I would only take a half to a quarter of a pill per day, because some of the B vitamin doses in that multivitamin are quite high, such as the vitamin b12 dose (way over 100% of the RDA). I think it was the B vitamins in that multivitamin that made a difference, though, because B vitamins help you digest food (normally, the gut flora produces B vitamins).
I did reach remission through a combination of a strict diet and those supplements (no medications). (Since then, I haven't been as careful about my diet, so I relapsed unfortunately.) I would definitely recommend trying dietary strategies in combination with those supplements, otherwise you might not really notice much difference. (I'd definitely recommend starting with eliminating gluten, if you haven't already.)
