Thanks for the info. I'm more familiar with the SCD which of course allows all fruits.
Do you know why apples are recommended in moderation while pears aren't?
I always thought it was because of the fibre. They also recommend peeling the apple which reduces the fibre. Pears have a lot of fibre too so that is a good question. Apple peel is obviously not water soluble fibre.
