If you can get your hands on the formularies for the different plans, that should tell you who covers remicade and what their process is. I have BCBS and remicade is covered, but conditionally, so I would have to fail other meds first. When we had to choose a new plan last year, we called all the different providers to ask for copies of the formularies and no one batted an eye at my request. Between myself and one of my children (with a different health issue) medications and co-pays are a huge part of our deciding factor.
