Hi,

Is anyone taking SpongiCol Collagen Lecithin Capsules from Klinipharm, and if so, please let me know what you think/if it is helping. I am also curious if anyone has tried PC Medicus with any good results? Thank you!

Never heard of them. What are they supposed to do?

Have you tried searching the forum? Lots of alternatives have been tried here over the last 15 years...

Yes I found a couple of references to them, but just wondered if anyone had feedback on their experiences. They are from Germany, and contain Lecithin/Phosphatidylcholine

Lecithin or phosphatidylcholine (PPC) was originally extracted from egg yolks and is used as an emulsifier in cooking and as a food supplement to lower cholesterol.

I used to take PPC to lower cholesterol and later for my UC and it seemed to halp for the first couple of years. Then all of a sudden it made things worse. Maybe my body chemistry changed or perhaps it might be that phosphatidylcholine is no longer derived from egg yolks but from soybeans, and about 95 percent of soy is GMO saturated with Roundup (glyphosate).

I tried that product for a while; I’m of course only 1 data point but I can’t say that I noticed any magic. On the other hand, it didn’t seem to harm me either!

I was taking it and definitely do not recommend
