I was wondering if anyone tried Seed probiotic https://seed.com

I am considering giving a try for 3-4 months but want to make sure if $50/month is worth spending. In the past, probiotics didn't show any benefit for me, but they all were either single for 4-5 species/strain mix. This has loads many with different researched functions, hence considering giving a try.

Thanks in advance.

My opinion...probiotics are a benefit.
Being worth it is subjective...give it a shot. 3 months should be enough time to see if they are of value to you.

Keep us updated.

I've just read it and to be honest, it looks a bit 'seedy' to me - too much generalizations and smooth talking without mentioning the actual contents of the probiotic, but I may be wrong smile

The probiotics and amounts are listed.....although listed if you click on the conditions they are touted for.

Higher quality probiotics generally require refrigeration. This one doesn't require refrigeration so i'm not sure how effective it would be.

I'm sure you've tried visbiome then if you tried many probiotics.
