Drink plain water hourly, at least a cupful. Also, try phasing in some natural cranberry juice (such as Knudsen's Just Cranberry), about a quarter cup 2X daily. Go low on sugary foods, drinks. Also better to avoid spicy foods, alcohol. Get plenty of rest & try to avoid stress. I know that UTI causes worry because ABX meds also wipe me out-- so I try hard to avoid them plus am highly allergic to some, besides.
