These wishes extend to Mr. Waite and forum mods, present and past, including Red34 (Sherry), Fruitgirl, Sherbear, Loneylane, Sue Bear, Dakota Girl, TJF, KitKat Baker, and more distant former members, who may hopefully still update us at some point. Many thanks for your help in forum posts/threads and may you all have an enjoyable holiday despite pandemic restrictions. Stay safe! / Old Hat (40 yrs with left-sided UC; in remission taking Colazal)

Meg, I missed the post. I hope you've had a good Christmas and the New Year's off to a good start. Hopefully, all of us here have a better year, and like the covid-19 vaccine, there is a UC cure. Teacher

Hey Teacher and all -
I feel almost guilty saying this but I had a great Christmas. My 2 adults sons both work from home so were safe to come to our house for two days, which has not happened in years. My work life is crazy at that time of year, but even it was calmer this year, which was overall sad (less events because of COVID) but personally not as tiring. Leading up to Christmas was crazy because I was involved in tech and recording pieces of our church service, but then.. it was done! We basically had an online Watch Party for our Christmas Eve service.
