I don't post alot but you've all answered when I do. I watch and read often.
I just wanted to wish you all a Happy New Year. 2020 for me has been a year of spending alot of time alone, focusing on myself mentally and physically, and trying to figure out what works and doesn't w/ my UC treatment between other small health issues and trying to get off Imuran because of them (which isn't always successful)
It's always a battle isn't it??
Nature has been a huge help for me mentally, hiking and paddling any chance I can. I find it so important to keep moving when you can.
I've discovered that Bone Broth is helpful (easy to digest and full of nutrients), as well as real probiotics in food (kefir, fermented veggies etc). Not a cure lol, just helpful for me.

I wanted to wish you all a Happy 2021! May each year be better than the last.

May it be your drink or your tea or your water or your yogurt...Cheers to 2021. Stay Healthy
