I'm looking to up my supplement game, especially during this pandemic. I have UC that's been in remission for almost two years now with Inflectra (just for the record). In terms of supplements, I take C, D, Zinc, Turmeric, and Omega-3.
Is there something us IBD'ers should strongly consider taking that I somehow missed? I know there's A LOT of info out there on suggested IBD supplements but I suppose my question is: what are the most popular, no-brainers we should all consider?
