Does anyone have any thoughts? KY doesn't seem to work as well as hemmie ointment, but I don't use the latter all the time. Would coconut oil be safe?

I use Naka Platinum aloe vera gel ( Canadian brand) for all that stuff, works great! Highly recommend! I am sure depending upon where you are you can find the closest aloe that's " all natural".

Water based tube of Lubricating Jelly from Walgreens helps me. Just a little on the tip and shaft.

coconut oil is great over here, also works when pushing in hemmies... those pesty hemmies
coconut oil is also antiseptic so it could protect against unwanted or accidental contamination of the enema, dirty hands etc
