Got my colonoscopy at 10am tomorrow so you can imagine the process Im going through right now!

Curious to know what helps you get back to normal solid bms after the procedure?

I assume its a good time to get the probiotics in after all the clean out?

I do probiotics and prebiotics like crazy, otherwise I start to flare post-scope.

I have my usual breakfast...boiled egg, toast and tea.
When I went out to a restaurant, it was a usual egg breakfast and coffee.

Probiotics I use are in my signature. Im looking to try New Roots, which also has reuteri.

Great, thanks.

I have a few boxes of Alflorex by PrecisionBiotics. This is a probiotic recommended to me by a fellow UC patient.

Maybe you’ve heard of them.

Plan on starting that as soon as possible.

Aflorex is the same in North America. One strain...I've never used it, and have only used multi strain.

If you have it, use it...

Hope your scope went well.

I eat the same thing. But I have to wait for at least an hour after the scope before I have a meal.

I eat whatever I feel like.... I've always felt better after colonoscopies because they clear everything out. Mind you I've only had full scopes while flaring.
