I like to make a smoothie with yogurt (there are a few yogurts made with almond milk or oat milk) or kefir, blueberries or banana or any other fruit you tolerate , then add your choice of resistant starch, chia seeds, collagen peptides, glutamine, etc. I thin it out with kombucha. When I was flaring and needed protein I added a plant based protein powder, being careful to not use one with whey. If you can’t tolerate yogurt or kefir you could use a nut milk or butter.
