Hmm i think it's really a lottery which one you pick, because you don't know which one will work for you in advance.
Skyrizi i thought was an IL2,3 inhibitor not a jak inhibitor? Either way, not sure another jak inhibitor would work better than xeljanz unless there are some trial data to indicate this?
From a safety perspective, stelara seems to be the safest (entyvio is not as safe as people think). But then I've seen people on here say that it's not very effective for UC (it works great for crohns).
So... tough decision, sorry I can't be more helpful!
