I have been in total remission for a while now, without any meds, only taking prebiotic at the moment.
As soon as I feel myself getting gassy or getting pains or feel ANY subtle change I cut out most foods, go on a liquid diet for a few days and prioritise rest and relaxation incl breathwork and embodiment.
Haven’t flared since. Maybe this can help you too?
Ah I wish I'd listened to my body when the flare up I'm currently in just started. I was getting severe abdominal bloating but didn't put two and two together and think 'flare up'.
