For those of us with ulcerative colitis disease, has anyone found any good digestive techniques (enzyme supplements or anything else) to be able to better digest foods that are highly fermentable and contain a lot of insoluble fibers (garbanzo beans, strawberries, raspberries, pinto beans, etc.)?

Is it the fiber that bothers you? Or gas? I took beano a few nights ago when I ate beans and it worked well in preventing gas, which is my main issue with beans. Because gas hurts and is uncomfortable for me even tho I am in remission
