Blood

I have a external haemorrhoid I think. Its been there two weeks now. Twice I’ve gone to the toilet and had what I thought was a bowel movement. It was literally blood, no stool, no mucous just a large amount of bright red blood. Like a fresh cut. It come out in a stream. It done nothing to reduce the size of the external haemorrhoid so could it be internal or is this my current flare getting worst? No mention of haemorrhoids on my colonoscopy but I didn’t have it at the time
