It’s not working

I’ve gone back on mesalazine and so far my liapase has stayed in normal range. I’m taking 4X1.2g mezavant 1g Pentasa enema and one budenafalk enema morning. Pains gone down significantly but the blood loss hasn’t changed. This flare has been strange. The blood seems to be separate it either comes first or after or it’s entirely blood alone. Bright red and a lot. Could something else be going on?

I’ve never had a flare this severe and uncontrolled before. My GI wants to try antibiotic therapy but I just want to get better. Has antibiotic therapy ever worked for anyone? I also have a very unsupportive hospital system. When you’re known to suffer anxiety your real medical issues go largely ignored. I’ve almost died twice due to this. My fear of their incompetence leaves me preferring to risk staying at home when I need help

Yes I did mention those. The large external one has almost gone. He gave me a referral for a surgeon. I was passing blood clots as well

The only improvement I’ve had is pain level. Still liquid stools and blood.
