I know there are a few topics on this, but most are really old. I was wondering if anyone's currently using protein powders? Please mention if they're gluten free/dairy free, etc. Thanks!

I am currently using sun warrior organic protein blend. It is GF and vegan. I like the chocolate more than the vanilla flavor. I find the stevia in the vanilla overpowers everything else. I have also like orgain but haven’t bought it in a while.

I first came down with UC in 2016 at 50 years old after taking a lot of whey while lifting weights/bodybuilding. Thought that had to be a contributing factor, along with protein bars. Not sure but I’ve backed off of it.

I use a whey protein with a digestive enzyme which is really gentle. No problems at all

I don't but would recommend a vegan pea protein powder for something easy on the gut if you want to take a protein powder.

I have used Quest Chocolate Milkshake flavour, it is whey based, and even though it has sucralose I have had no problems with it. Have also used Nutiva Hemp based protein powder. Not really great tasting but otherwise ok. I tried some Women's Best Fit Whey powder and I had horrible gas from it. Like really bad.
