Hey guys,

I have been trying so many protein powders. Haven’t tried whey for obvious reasons. Tried vegan protein and the fiber bothers me. Tried egg protein and I was devastated and in the bathroom for hours.

Has anyone here tried collagen protein powder? If so, what were you results? Did it bother you at all? I just realized that it says lactose free so it does Indeed have dairy. Thanks so much!

I tried the vital proteins collagen powder. Used to put it in smoothies. That was at my sickest. Never noticed a benefit — but nothing seemed to help at that point. More importantly I guess, I never noticed a detriment.

I’m just looking for something that won’t bother me. Most protein powders devastate me. I don’t know why. It’s frustrating because I’m trying to get about 200 grams of protein a day but it’s tough.

I just logged on to ask about protein poweders myself.
You mention whey isn't good for obvious reasons.
Is that b/c of the dairy?
I assume some of us would be able to handle it...
I might give it a try.
I need to gain weight....and muscle.
