Hi,
I went on vacation this past weekend and had biscuits and gravy, fish tacos, chicken or steak and hadn’t had veggies like I would at home.
I usually eat broccoli, spinach, onions, sweet potatoes, asparagus, cabbage all cooked of course, at home.
On vacation I felt so good, my bleeding was almost all gone, no accidents, no urgency and my husband was amazed as much as I was.
Can you substitute powdered greens for the real stuff and still get the benefits and nutrients without have the fiber backlash? I think you need veggies to be healthy right?

i think veggies importan for your microbiome. Check the plant base diet. There are more phase, in the phase - when you have inflamination - you can only in pureed formath the veggies etc... because they irritate your bovel

I would try the powdered greens to see if the nonroughage aspect is less troublesome.

Keep us updated.
