Best labs so far CRP in normal range

Hi
All my levels are good , liver, CRP,, kidneys, iron, ferritin, electrolytes, how can I still be bleeding then?
I have two scope on the 1/5 my GERD is so bad!
There are most days I have said I feel like there’s no inflammation in my body, no aches or pains but how can I still have all this burning from mouth to anus?
What aren’t we looking at gallbladder? Which I knows only at 15% working but I have no pain from it.
What’s causing me to bleed ? Too much acid causing erosion but all the way down to colon?
If you can think of any tests to get while im getting upper and lower scopes please share.
I felt the best on vacation in another state not far from me, it was like my poop was so much better my gut totally relaxed ,blood almost gone, it was amazing. After my scopes , I am going back to my vacation spot to see if there really is a connection there. My husband agreed, try it.

I often have oil film floating on the water and sometime my stool and water is yellow? I read this could be due to eating something with a lot of fat in it
