Antibiotics doesn’t bother going under anesthesia do they? I need something I’m flaring and don’t want to get scopes this bad. I’m doing rectal steroid enemas every night.

Well I see pus and it’s all super stinky coming out and antibiotics seem to help me a lot.

Best to ask a doctor? If you have a bacterial infection then it's maybe not good to get scoped in case you pass it on to someone else? (They should disinfect the scope between patients but still...)
The other thing to think about is how taking antibiotics will fit with your preparation? i.e. how many hours before the scope are you allowed to take tablets? Will they be absorbed if you're going to poop them out with the laxatives?
Hope you feel better and get some answers soon
I've done a few scopes while flaring and always felt better afterwards, maybe because it cleared everything out and gave my bowel a bit of rest for a day.
