I read lots of studies about the ingredients which can improve our condition according to these studies which made by doctors.
My Question(s) is(are): -
if we know (because the newest studies speak about it) that Dvit is an important factor at IBD why Dvit measeriung and prescribing not the part of the general treatment?
-our treament why does not contain turmeric, fish oil, or fiber...or the glutamin.

The science and the studies have pointed out what are the roles the SCFA, amino acid, Dvit etc in the IBD inflamitaion path way.
OK, i know the big picture and whole IBD is a very complex illness but i think the above ingredients and processes efectivity has been proved with 100% ..
But we receive new and new drugs only, which is good, because the big medicine factories dealing with this illnes this is good to us.
But why the doctors does not put the upper things into our treaments????!!!

A lot of IBD’ers do supplement with Vit D, , fish oil, Amino Acids, Crucumin . I have heard of SCFA being good for digestive health but am not aware if there are specific supplements for it and any specific success anyone has had with them. Most doctors are not into holistic health and alternatives and would go more with the tested and approved pharmaceutical drugs. Also since IBD is not a one size fits all, some folks may benefit from these supplements and some may not. You can always work with a functional medicine doctor to find out which supplements will support your IBD best. While many will find their IBD manageable with supplements alone, many also won’t and will need the pharmaceutical drugs to lead close to normal lives. It really depends on the extent of one’s disease, the type of disease, cause and triggers. That why doctors don’t write out generic prescriptions for these supplements for everyone. Also the medical fraternity is more into line of treatments that have been or can be researched not into alternative lines of treatments.

Some supplements interact with other drugs people are on.

A supplement may be safe when used in combo with another UC drug, but maybe the person has another condition they are on medicine for…and that supplement would interfere with that drug.

Most look online , see an alternative medicine practitioner, or use supplementation in general. You forgot probiotics. Nothing is 100% subjectively.

nope. The newest studies say that the probiotics are benefit...
Maybe i coukd inderstand that some ingredient disturba another drugs...but our UC medicines are disturbing lot of other thing...there are nany side effects, the price is so high? effectivity these drugs are very low 40 - 50% (is this a joke?...)
So i do not understand what is the reason that some natural ingradient would not like to build in into the treament or make much more studies their effectivity...

I am fortunate to pay $0 for Xeljanz. Their co-pay assistance program makes it free to those in the U.S. I haven't had any side effects.
