Hi. I am 8.5 weeks into Entyvio with little to no benefit. My GI has suggested Zeljanz as next possible weapon of choice. I was told it will start to start to work in a matter of days versus a matter of weeks in the case of Stelara, if it is going to work at all. Anyone have any personal experience or feedback regarding the 2 medications? Thank you

It can often work within 3 days to 2 weeks. It took 9 weeks to get me into full remission (no symptoms), but I was able to get off steroids before that with mild symptoms. It's been my miracle drug when nothing else worked.
